If you contact us using the contact form on the Websites the data is collated into an email and sent to us by Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). The data collected is housed on our servers and it will be deleted from our database within 30 days of its receipt if it is requested by You.

Does Direct English obtain personal sensitive data from you?
No. Direct English does not proactively obtain data considered as sensitive by The Law, such as religion, health situation, sexual preferences, political opinion and similar data. We ask that you do not send information of this nature to us. In case you voluntarily provide us with this information and we receive it or register it in our systems, Direct English will only use it in the extent that such information might be essential to provide you with the service you requested from us.
